Shin Shin is operated by Felix Cauro trading as Shin Shin, House 28, Whitesands, 160 South Lantau Road, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong. Contact hello@shinshinclub.com.

Our product pages describe each purchase. The winter pair contains one Dawn and one Dusk incense box. The Discovery Box contains one Dawn box, one Dusk box and one incense holder. Natural materials and printed packaging may vary slightly in appearance.

The price, currency, shipping charge and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Any additional destination-specific import charges will be explained before purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we confirm acceptance when dispatched. If we cannot supply an order, we notify you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute goods or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds follow our published shipping and returns policies and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers retain mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Use incense in a suitable heat-resistant holder on a stable surface with ventilation. Keep away from flammable materials, children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended. Allow ash and the holder to cool before handling.

Club subscriptions are not currently available for purchase. Any future subscription will have separate, clearly disclosed recurring prices, billing frequency, commitment and cancellation terms presented before purchase.
