Refund policy

Start a return

Email hello@shinshinclub.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel and return your order. Include your order number. Please send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

Product condition

Please handle products only as necessary to inspect them. Return all contents when cancelling an entire Discovery Box. Burning incense or using the holder may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value, where permitted by law. Opening packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you pay direct return postage to Hong Kong. We charge no restocking fee. For a full-order cancellation, we refund the price paid and standard outbound delivery charges. Any additional expedited-delivery cost is not refunded unless required by law.

Your refund

We refund the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation notice. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Photographs are helpful but do not limit your rights.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods.
