Shipping

Our first collection arrives October 1st. Join the list for launch updates. We are currently preparing for launch and are not accepting product orders.

Orders will ship from Hong Kong. Available destinations, dispatch estimates and all shipping charges will be shown before purchase when orders open.

Our planned base shipping rates are free within Hong Kong, US$5 for Japan and Singapore, and US$10 for Australia and supported European destinations. Local-currency charges will be displayed at checkout. International destinations will open only once their shipping and import arrangements are ready.

Our planned international service is tracked eExpress Plus, with estimated transit of 7–14 business days after dispatch. This is not a guaranteed arrival date; customs processing and local delivery conditions may cause delays. We will email tracking details when your order is dispatched.

International tax and customs arrangements will be disclosed for each destination before orders open. A shipping charge is not a promise that import taxes or customs charges are included.
