Order processing
Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days of receipt of your order. This applies to all products, including incense holders and Discovery Boxes. Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch.
Shipping & tracking
Our existing Asia-Pacific standard tracked shipping rates per order are:
- Hong Kong: Free standard shipping, with no minimum order. Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Singapore: HK$40. Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Australia: HK$55. Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- South Korea: HK$45 for orders with a merchandise total of up to HK$1,000, excluding shipping. Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Optional DHL express shipping is available per order: Singapore HK$240 (estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch) and Australia HK$300 (estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch).
The Asia-Pacific rates above apply to all products, including the Discovery Box. Available destinations, dispatch information and the final shipping charge will be shown before payment. European rates are listed separately below.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch; customs processing and local delivery conditions may cause delays.
France, Germany, Italy and mainland Spain
Tracked postal shipping from Hong Kong is €12 for orders up to 200g packed weight and €18 for orders above 200g and up to 400g. The rate applies once per shipment. One Discovery Box is 375g packed and ships for €18. Orders above 400g are not currently available for delivery to these destinations.
Prices for these destinations include VAT. Shipping is quoted in euros, and applicable import duties are calculated and added at checkout. Review the complete total before paying. Eligible low-value shipments use our IOSS registration for VAT. If the postal carrier requests an additional customs or tax payment, contact hello@shinshinclub.com with the notice before paying so we can investigate.

Spain delivery is available to mainland addresses only. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States are not currently available for delivery.
South Korea orders
Orders for delivery to South Korea are limited to HK$1,000 in merchandise value, excluding shipping. Shipping is unavailable at checkout for orders above this limit. Purchases must be for personal use. Please provide the recipient’s correct name and telephone number; the carrier may request a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) or other clearance information.
International orders
Tax and customs arrangements will be explained for each destination before purchase, including any additional charges you may need to pay. Shipping charges do not automatically include import taxes or customs duties.
Delivery questions
Email hello@shinshinclub.com. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, include your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
